SZYDŁÓWKA is a beautiful and modern house with all amenities that are essential to spend ideal holidays in the Land of the Great Mazurian Lakes. It is located in the picturesque town Rydzewo, about 12 kilometres away from Giżycko. Availability of the house is not limited by the season, as the house is prepared to accomodate guests in all seasons. The house is located on a parcel of 10,000 sq. m. That is why Szydłówka meets requirements of these guests who want to spend time in closed-circle atmosphere while having large area at ones own disposal. The parcel is enclosed and illuminated.

Niegocin Lake, its south bank, is approachable directly from the parcel. There is a professional T-shaped, 33 metres long pier, ideal for sun bathing as well as for mooring yachts and motor boats. Near the pier, thanks to golden sand, there is a small beach, a great place for children. Around the house there are lots of plants, flowers, alder trees and the bank of the lake is overgrown by reed. On the parcel there is a special place prepared for fire and barbecue, with abundant supply of wood.
